The new Service portal replaces the need of filling in the complaint form, and contacting service by e-mail. It is set up to provide easy access to multiple services.
- Submit a ticket – Where you can ask for anything from help on setting up a new device, to reporting problems and issues with any of our products. This will make things easier to log various tickets so we can respond as quickly as possible. When something new is added to your ticket you will receive an email that shows you the updates on your ticket.
- Knowledge Base – Where you can access self-help how to’s to support with known issues and how to resolve them.
Full access to these customer services requires you to register for the portal.
The portal also provides direct access to the Knowledge Base. Here you can browse the topic categories for information and answers. You can alo use the search field at the top of the site to find solutions in the Knowledge Base. For now, the Knowledge Base is still under construction as articles are still being added to the collection.
